Description
Pure sisal discs are the most commonly used abrasive products in the industry for finishing materials and metals. They are characterized by a spiral stitching that limits fraying and consumption, and their segmented internal composition ensures greater durability and abrasion.
The pure sisal disc is available in a resin-coated version, which further enhances its durability and effectiveness. This type of disc is suitable for polishing steel, brass, and zinc alloy. Thanks to its high abrasiveness, the pure sisal disc can easily remove surface imperfections and provide a high-quality finish.
The pure sisal disc can be further improved by interposing layers of cotton and reducing the distance between stitches, thereby increasing the disc’s durability and abrasion while reducing production costs.
It is perfect for use on manual polishers but can also be used on automatic machines. Thanks to its high versatility, this type of disc can meet the needs of multiple industries, from the production of steel pots to the finishing of brass and zinc alloy parts.
